This Privacy Policy explains what information Beat Forge AI collects, how we use it, and how infrastructure and payment providers may process it when you use the service.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as email, display name, user ID, authentication state, connected Google or GitHub provider identifiers, allowlist status, billing status, credit balance, generation requests, prompt parameters, generated asset metadata, download records, and operational logs.
Content and generated assets
Prompts, scene settings, moods, instruments, duration choices, generation status, output metadata, preview files, export files, and package metadata may be stored so that we can provide history, downloads, retries, license records, and engine-ready asset packages.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, enforce allowlist access, prevent abuse, create generation tasks, process audio, deliver downloads, manage credits and subscriptions, support billing, diagnose failures, secure the service, and improve product quality.
Payments
Payment details are handled by Paddle or another configured payment provider. Beat Forge AI may store order IDs, checkout IDs, item codes, subscription status, credit grants, payment status, billing cycle, and provider references, but we do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure and processing providers for databases, cache, message queues, logs, object storage, email, OAuth login, payment processing, AI generation, audio processing, hosting, and analytics. Generated audio and export files may be stored in S3-compatible object storage.
Cookies and local storage
The web application may use browser storage to keep language preference, authentication tokens, session state, onboarding status, and client-side UI preferences. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
Security
We use access controls, authentication tokens, OAuth flows, operational logging, and infrastructure safeguards appropriate for the current product stage. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should protect your account credentials and connected identity providers.
Retention
We retain account, order, credit, generation, asset, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain download history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting or legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Your choices
You may request account, billing, or privacy support by contacting [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, subject to verification and legal exceptions.
International processing
Because Beat Forge AI uses online infrastructure and third-party providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on provider safeguards and contractual terms where applicable.
