Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Beat Forge AI credits, subscriptions, checkout purchases, and digital generation services.
Digital service delivery
Beat Forge AI provides digital credits, AI generation access, preview playback, generated audio files, metadata, license records, and engine export packages. Once credits are consumed, a generation is completed, or a downloadable export is delivered, the digital service has generally been performed.
Eligible refund cases
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental purchases that have not been used, failed payment or checkout processing, inability to access a purchase due to a verified technical issue, or prolonged service unavailability that prevents reasonable use of a paid purchase.
Generally non-refundable cases
Consumed credits, completed generations, downloaded exports, substantially used subscription periods, marketplace rejection based on subjective review, dissatisfaction with a generated creative result, or failure to review plan limits before purchase are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Subscriptions
Subscription access and recurring billing are tied to the selected billing cycle. If a subscription is cancelled, access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Partial-period refunds are reviewed case by case.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs may be reviewed for refund if requested promptly after purchase and before credits are consumed. Once credits are used to create tasks or exports, those consumed credits are normally not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, order reference or checkout ID, purchase date, item purchased, and reason for the request. We may ask for logs, screenshots, or additional information to verify the issue and prevent abuse.
Paddle purchases
When Paddle processes a purchase as Merchant of Record, refund review, tax handling, payment reversal, chargeback handling, and buyer communication may be handled through Paddle's systems and policies. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, your payment provider, card network, bank, and local payment rules, and may take several business days after approval.
Abuse and disputes
We may refuse refund requests connected to fraud, account abuse, repeated refund misuse, violation of the Terms of Service, or attempts to obtain generated assets without paying for delivered digital services.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. If local law requires a different refund treatment, we will handle eligible requests accordingly.
