These Terms govern your access to and use of Beat Forge AI, a web service for creating, managing, and exporting AI-assisted game music, loops, sound effects, metadata, and engine-ready audio packages.
Service overview
Beat Forge AI provides AI-assisted music generation, audio processing, asset library management, preview playback, downloads, engine export packages, credits, subscriptions, and account tools for game developers, indie studios, game jam teams, and creative teams.
Eligibility and access
The service is currently in limited availability and may use an allowlist. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and ensure that any connected Google or GitHub account is controlled by you or your organization.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account, including generated prompts, consumed credits, downloads, exports, and connected OAuth identities. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with infrastructure, upload or request illegal or abusive content, attempt to reverse engineer protected systems, resell access without permission, or use outputs in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
Generated assets and license
Generated assets may be used according to the plan, license, and export rights available to your account at the time of generation or download. You are responsible for reviewing whether a track, loop, sound effect, metadata file, or export package is suitable for your game, marketplace, platform, region, rating category, and publishing requirements.
AI output limitations
AI-generated output can be probabilistic and may contain errors, artifacts, similarities, or unexpected musical characteristics. Beat Forge AI does not guarantee that any generated asset is unique, error-free, accepted by every store or marketplace, or suitable for every commercial use case without your own review.
Credits, plans, and subscriptions
Credits, subscriptions, and feature limits may determine generation length, export formats, queue priority, commercial license availability, and package types. Unused credits, billing cycles, and plan benefits are governed by the pricing page, checkout terms, and refund policy in effect at purchase time.
Payments and Paddle
Payments may be processed by Paddle. Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT handling, invoices, chargebacks, and certain buyer support obligations under Paddle's buyer terms and policies.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but generation providers, object storage, databases, queues, payment providers, OAuth providers, and network services may occasionally be unavailable or degraded. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, abuses the service, or attempts to bypass commercial limits. You may stop using the service at any time.
